At the end of three year BBA programme, the students will be able to:-
  • PO 1- Acquire in-depth knowledge about management functions and its practical application in various fields.
  • PO 2- Master the art of communication skill and interpersonal skills.

  • PO 4- Build up right mind set in the endeavor of pursuing career life.

At the end of BBA programme the students will be capable of managing all the activities of an organization:-

  • Core Course -1: PRINCIPLES AND METHODOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT

    CO1- To understand the methodological perspective of management as a discipline.
    CO2- To help in the process of decision making.
    CO3- To familiar with modern trends in management process.
    CO4- To get up a basic foundation for management.

    Core Course -2: BUSINESS ACCOUNTING

    CO1 - To understand the basics of accounting .
    CO2 - To identifying the basic principles of accounting.
    CO3 - To understand the process for recording transactions.
    CO4 - To prepare the final accounts of sole trader.
    CO5 - To give a general awareness about depreciation accounting.

    Core Course-17: COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

    CO2 - To molding skill skills for written and verbal communication, making use of different tools and media .

    CO4 - Getting acquainted with various interview and selection techniques.
    CO5 -Enabling to prepare audio, video recording for presentation and promotion.

    Core Course-18: MANAGEMENT PROJECTS

    CO1 - Management Projects individually in the sixth semester. This is a one month implant training and project study to be conducted in the month of December. Each individual student has to undergo one month implant training plus project study in a reputed organization.30day implant training certificate is mandatory with the project report. Project study on a selected management topics need to be conducted during this period in the contest of the organization. The project work will help the students to acquire practical knowledge apart from the classroom learning. During this time they should observe the organizational activities and real life work environment in the organization.
