Alcohol/drug/substance abuse is becoming an increasing menace in our nation especially in Kerala .Studies show that even school and college students are attracted to liquor, narcotic substances and tobacco products. In order to curb the above menace excise department as part of vimukthi mission conducting Anti drug club. This stands for augmenting and strengthening the existing awareness programme against drugs and alcohol.
The Anti drug Cell was started on 27 June 2014 at Mar Baselios college. The Anti Drug Cell has been conducting rallies ,awareness programs, various competitions etc
